Many customers ask, "What's a Kolache?" Our "What's a Kolache? Page" will help you to  identify with our product and why we intentionally use the word "Czech" as a substitute for the word "check".

Pictured above left are a few of our daily products:   a variety of Kolaches made from our slightly-sweetened yeast dough, gourmet coffee  Master-Roasted by Pittsburgh's own Prestogeorge and a package of our unique and delicious homemade biscotti.  To view an introduction to our Espresso-based drinks, click on the appropriate words.
